Paper/Corrugated Cardboard

What to recycle:

• Newspapers

• Magazines/Catalogs

• White office paper/Shredded must be put in clear plastic bags.

• Boxes: Cereal, cracker, pasta, cake mix, toothpaste, etc.

• Corrugated Cardboard - Flattened

• Large amounts.  Please bring to the recycling center at the Chippewa County Landfill from 9am to 4:30pm Mon. - Fri.

 

How to recycle:

• REMOVE staples and paper clips

• Keep dry and clean

• Separate into categories

• No junk mail

• No facial tissues or paper towels

• No books/telephone books

• No soiled pizza boxes or boxes soiled with food.

• No boxes from refrigerated or frozen foods

• No GIFT WRAP, paper towels, napkins, plates

• Corrugated cardboard must be flattened and bundled

 

Cardboard may also be brought to the recycling center at the Chippewa County Landfill from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
