Recycling

Please sort your recycling to make it more convenient to pick up!

 

Please Note:

• Recycling MUST be sorted!

• Recyclables must be set out on the curb by 8:00 AM

• Recycling will not be picked up on the alleys

• Container will be left if there is garbage mixed with recyclables

• Cardboard must be flattended

 

Drop Box Locations (For Rural Residents ONLY!)

9:00am to 9:00am the following day

 

• Milan - Near City Hall (Mondays)

• Clara City - South of City Hall by the railroad parking lot (Tuesdays)

• Montevideo - Rear parking lot of the Chippewa County Courthouse (Wednesdays)

• Maynard - Near the City Garage (Thursdays)

 

Recycling may also be taken to the Chippewa County Recycling Center 4 miles East of Montevideo on Hwy. 7 at no cost.
